Free Jewish books arriving monthly in the mail, tailored to kids ages six months to five years designed to help families connect more to their heritage and community, is the successful premise upon which the P.J. Library has been built. more

The Hebrew Academy Mission Statement

The Mission of The Hebrew Academy is to provide and promote the highest quality Judaic and secular education to a diverse community of Jewish children. We are a community that will provide a learning environment in which each child is able to develop the skills necessary to be responsible citizens who can effectively meet future challenges in their school, community, and world.

A primary goal of the leadership training is to provide the opportunity to meet and network with other community leaders. Participants further their own education about fundraising, board development, and Jewish leadership while learning more about our Rockland County Jewish community. The program will begin in October and will end with a graduation in June. Particpants meet once per month for a two hour dinner evening session. more
