The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is a program of the Jewish Federation of Rockland designed to identify and develop the skills and commitment of up-and-coming Jewish communal volunteers and leaders.
The LDI 2013-2014 class year begins on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, with monthly programs running from November through June 2014.
Now in its fifth year, LDI is looking for dedicated individuals starting or building upon their Jewish communal involvement. LDI will provide opportunities to learn more about the Jewish community, create a forum to exchange ideas and prepare a new leadership base to serve the Rockland community.
Ideal candidates for the 2013-2014 LDI program are individuals who:
• Have demonstrated potential for leadership and/or have a sincere commitment, motivation, and interest to serve the Rockland Jewish community.
• Are willing and able to commit the time and energy required to participate in this program, which includes attending each monthly session from January through June.
If you would like to nominate someone to participate in LDI, or if you would like to apply yourself, please contact Jill Zarensky at 845-362-4200, ext. 121 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications must be submitted to the Jewish Federation by Monday, Ocober 14, 2013.
