Joe Roberts leads the Defense and Foreign Affairs practice at Winston Wilmont Public Affairs. A seasoned leader with roots in progressive politics, he’s founded startups and held C-level roles in key Jewish and pro-Israel organizations across North America. Roberts has shaped electoral and advocacy strategies, including as the 2010 Democratic nominee for the 3rd Congressional District in Ohio. Joe has deep expertise in democracy and Middle East policy. He’s founded think tanks and raised $150 million for causes that matter. A committed Zionist, he chairs Meretz Canada and lives in Ontario with his family. Like many of us, since October 7th Joe has encountered and confronted a tidal wave of ignorance and hate from people and places we all believed were friendly.
