Join ADL and the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Rockland County as we commemmorate the 2nd anniversary of the events of December 28th, 2019 in Monsey, NY. We will hold a vigil, hear from the high-level elected officials, have a D'var Torah and learning portion in honor of Josef Neumann, z"l.
