Beth Am Temple’s shorter monthly family service is proving to be very popular. The service held on the first Friday of each month begins at 7:30 pm and ends at 8:15 pm. It is followed by a delicious Oneg.
The service, which was updated last year, now emphasizes Jewish music and uses a song sheet instead of prayer books and includes a Torah reading. The lively 45-minute service is scheduled for the following Fridays: Oct. 7, Nov. 4 and Dec. 2. Non temple members are welcome to attend the family friendly gathering.
