The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Rockland Section features a program about Civil War reenactments with speaker Sue Hegmann. Dressed in period costume as a Southern lady, Ms. Hegmann will enlighten the audience with factual accounts of women who played a part during this time in our country’s history.
