These almond cookies are so good, we eat them year-round (seriously, they're my favorite cookie, period). And you can make them for Passover! Chef Amy will walk you through this kid-friendly recipe (not for those with nut allergies).
You will need the following ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 c sugar
3 cups finely ground almonds
Whole almonds and/or chocolate chips (white or dark) are optional
