Thomas Zugibe, Rockland County District Attorney since 2008, will speak about issues of financial fraud and youth initiatives for crime prevention that have become models for other cities. His experience as public prosecutor, town Justice, and in private practice with a vast array of both violent crimes and complex "white collar" cases makes him uniquely qualified to discuss these issues.
