The work of the Women’s Philanthropy supports Jewish life in Israel and around the globe while ensuring a Jewish future in Rockland County. Join us as we welcome Mor Maman, Miss Israel 2014, to Rockland County.
Mor Maman is an 18-year-old computer graphics student from Beersheva who will soon enlist with the Israel Air Force. She comes from a family of beautiful women: Her mother, Ilana Maman, was once crowned Miss Beersheva.
At the age of 13, Maman created a Facebook group to encourage girls struggling with obesity to lose weight in a healthy manner. She continues to oversee the popular group and helps its members follow healthy approaches to diet and exercise.
Come hear Mor's inspirational story, bid on exciting auction and raffle prizes, and have a wonderful evening with friends and family – all for a great cause!
