Beth Am Temple begins its Yom Kippur observance with the Kol Nidray services on Friday, September 29 at 8 pm and Saturday, September 30 at 10 am. Tickets are required for both services. Tickets must be obtained in advance either by calling 845-735-5858, ext. 101 or emailing info@bethamtemple.org.
All are welcome to attend and no tickets are needed for the September 30 Healing service led by Cantor Marcy Kadin at 1:15 pm, afternoon service at 3:30 pm, Yizkor at 5 pm, and Neilah Closing service at 5:45 pm.
Congregants and other service attendees will use Mishkan Hanefesh, the first new High Holy Days prayer book for Beth Am in 40 years. The prayer book, recently published by the Reform Movement, has received praise from many people who have already used it
Beth Am offers new temple members reduced dues for the first 12 months of membership. New member families, couples, and individuals are eligible for 50 percent off their first-year dues.
