Federation Donors Aid Hurricane Victims

Thanks to the generosity of 130+ members of our community, the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Rockland County has collected hurricane relief funds in excess of $25,000. One hundred percent of the funds will be used to help victims of hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, the three Category 4 hurricanes that caused catastrophic damage during the August/September timeframe.

Rockland’s donations are being combined with those collected by 100+ Federations of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), enabling JFNA to aid Jewish community members and all in need with urgently-needed basics like food and medicine, and long-term needs like trauma counseling.

We thank our donors for their generous support of Federation’s Hurricane Relief Fund, which is still open for donations. Give Now to Hurricane Relief Fund.
