Strategic Plan 2023

Over the last year, the Jewish Federation and Foundation of Rockland County has developed a strategic plan to focus our efforts and guide our growth over the next several years. This process included:
 

• Development of a new Mission & Vision Statement
• Demographic research by Federation interns
• Conducting a community wide survey with over 500 respondents
• Consultation with Agency leadership
• Consultation with the Rockland Board of Rabbis
• Consultation with community members via zoom forums
• Consolidation of data and analysis by the Strategic Planning Committee
• Delivery of strategic objectives and matrix for measurement to the Federation board

The four goals of the strategic plan are:
 

1. Implement a comprehensive approach to antisemitism
2. Implement Collaborative Programming to Leverage Resources & Participation
3. Respond to the changing needs of the Community
4. Enhance Federation support for and delivery of programs & services by raising the necessary funds
